Events
When do I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will arrive within a week of the booking date and will be sent via First class, if you have bought for a seated concert, and Recorded if you have bought for a Standing Concert. However should this not be the case, you will be notified at the time of booking.
What time does the concert/event start?
The Concert/event usually starts 30 minutes after the stated door times.
What time does the concert/event finish?
The Curfew time for our venue is generally 11pm. This may vary from event to event.Can I reserve my tickets and pay for them later?
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to reserve tickets for any events.Do you have a Booking Fee on purchasing Tickets?
Yes, our Booking Fee is £2.75 and is per transaction, not per ticket. This is not refundable.Do you have a Postage Fee on purchasing Tickets?
Yes, our postage fee is £1.00 per transaction, not per ticket. This is not refundable.Do you have an admin fee on purchasing Tickets?
No, the only fee we charge are booking and Postage.How do I get a refund on my purchase?
All refund requests are to be forwarded to the Events Manager via email. If the customer is face to face please explain that we have a strict returns policy and their request is being investigated.Can I buy tickets on the internet for the Dome?
Yes, we use Ticketline and Ticketmaster as our preferred agents, a link can be found through our website. Depending on the show, other agents are also used.What time does the Box Office open and close?
Ans: Monday – Friday 8am-8.30pm, Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 8am-4.30pm. A new show generally goes on sale at 9am.How many tickets can I buy?
Ticket restrictions may apply for standing concerts, it usually is 4 per transaction. All other concerts have an unlimited purchase with No concessionary rates.How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Electron (Although this is not accepted over the phone), Switch and Solo. You can also pay in cash, but unfortunately we do not accept cheques or bankers draft.Can I collect my tickets at the venue on the night of the event?
Yes, we offer a collect service at no charge. However please allow your self enough time to collect due to events nights being really busy.What is the company name that will appear on my card statement?
Spikey Fish, this is the Dome’s commercial trading name.Do I need ID to collect my tickets at the Box Office?
Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used to make your purchase with us.Can I cancel or change my booking?
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed ( for example, show time, venue, date etc)I have been sent the wrong tickets/wrong number of tickets?
Please provide proof of purchase and we shall rectify the issue.My tickets say ‘General Admission’, what does that mean?
General Admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved. When purchasing ‘General Admission’ tickets please note that there will be a number on your ticket. This in no way assigns you to a designated seat or area.My tickets say ‘Restricted View’, what does that mean?
Restricted View refers to a restriction in your view of the performance. The only restriction within our venue is row BA and BB on the balcony and the 2 wings of the Flat Floor.I have lost my tickets, what should I do?
If you have misplaced your tickets, you should contact us asap. We will do whatever we can to help, however you should be aware that it is not always possible for tickets to be duplicated. Generally, most seated tickets can be reissued but unfortunately ‘General Admission’ Unreserved or standing tickets can not.Do you offer Concession for Groups, OAP’s, Disabled, Carers or Students?
No, unless the concession rate is listed, all event prices remain at a constant rate.Do you offer specific Disabled Access seating?
Yes, the disabled seating for any Event is on the right hand side facing the stage.What Catering Facilities do you offer?
On some seated shows we offer pre show dining for customers to eat before the show. There is also a kiosk offering which offers Hot and Cold Snacks plus soft drinks. Standing concerts within our venue are 14+ unless stated otherwise by the Promoter. All comedy events are 16+ unless stated otherwise by the Promoter. Any other events will be regulated on an event by event basis.An event has been postponed, what should I do?
Your tickets will remain valid for the new date unless we advise you differently. If you cannot attend the new date you will need to return your tickets to us for a refund. We must receive the tickets a week before the new date or 1 week after you have been notified of the change, whichever is the later, unless specified otherwise. When we have received your tickets we will refund the face value of the tickets to the card that was used to pay for them.An event has been cancelled, what should I do?
We ask that you return your tickets to us and we shall refund the face value of the ticket to the card that you used to pay. If tickets are not returned, then no refund will be sanctioned.I wish to make a complaint, what should I do?
All comments must be addressed for the attention of the Events Manager.What age does a Child price become an Adult price?
16, this is applicable for all shows that specify a Child’s price.Can I take photographs at the event?
Camera phones are permitted at some shows, but no professional photography.Can I take sweets/drinks into the main auditorium?
Sweets and drinks are permitted into some shows, although it is at the discretion of the promoter and venue.Do you know of any Taxi numbers in Doncaster?

Is there a dress code?
Ans: Dress codes are only enforced for Sporting Dinners and Cabaret/Banqueting events. All other events do not contain a dress code.
