Combining Aerobics with the resistance affects of water, Aquafit is a gentle low impact exercise session to aid weight loss and muscle tone.

Body Attack
Sports- inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina, combining athletics Arabic movements with strength and stabilization.

Body Combat ®
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Body Pump ®
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Body Shock
A high intensity 45 minute session to burn away those calories as well as toning those problem areas.

Bokwa
BOKWA is a very unique dance fitness program due to the use of letters and numbers as placement combined with use of hand signals and American Sign Language. It is refreshing and builds strength and endurance driven by the pulsating rhythmic beats of African, Latin, Popular dance and House music. Bokwa is an innovative dance fitness program that is an abundance of fun and does NOT feel like a workout

Exercise class taught mainly using step, with floor work to finish. Main focus is to work those problem areas! All abilities welcome. 

Fit 'n' Fine
A gentle all round exercise class for the more mature age group.

Hip & Thigh Attack
Designed to burn calories and tone the hip and thigh area.

Pilates
Total body conditioning which will rebalance your core.

Power Plate
The Power Plate is perfect for a variety of applications, including Wellness, Beauty, Fitness Active and Anti-aging, Sports Performance and Rehabilitation.

Step Aerobics
A general step Aerobics class to work your body.

Tae Kwon Do
Learn all there is to know about Tae kwon Do with the British Olympic Coach at Sydney 2000; Gary Sykes. 

Total Body workout
A high intensity aerobic workout, followed by weights and floor sections to work the whole body. Then relax with a complimentary coffee and a chat.

Yoga
A class to increase your flexibility and suppleness, to encourage mental and spiritual growth; to give you energy.A great way to relieve stress.

Zumba Fitness
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba music paired pulsating Latin rhythms & red-hot international dance steps, Zumba Fitness is a fantastic way to get fit whilst having fun!!
