Some of the sport's biggest names over the last 30 years, including Cliff Thorburn and Jimmy White, are cueing up for an evening of snooker at the Doncaster Dome next year.

The Dome will host the Snooker Legends event on the evening of July 16 which will feature a number of exhibition frames between some of the sport's favourite sons, including Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins, John Parrott and John Virgo, as well as a nostalgic look back down memory lane from the players themselves.

One lucky spectator will also get the chance to team up with one of the famous potters in a special exhibition match in the Dome's 3,000 capacity sports hall.
