Swimming Admissions Policy
Amazonian Adventure Admissions Policy
- Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied into the water by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a one to one basis.
- Children aged 4 - 9 years must be accompanied into the water by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a maximum ratio of one adult to two children.
All Other Sessions Admission Policy
- Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied into the water by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a maximum ratio of one adult to two children.
-All weak or non swimmers under the age of 10 must wear bouyancy aids at all times unless they are closely supervised (within reaching distance) by a responsible adult.
- All weak or non swimmers over the age of 10 must remain in the designated safe areas of the pool at all times.
- Anyone with known medical conditions, or accompanying anyone with known medical conditions, that may affect their safety should inform the receptionist at the point of sale who in turn will contact the Lagoons Supervisor.
- Customers with epilepsy must be accompanied by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a one to one basis. They should inform the receptionist at the point of sale who will in turn contact the Lagons Supervisor.
A 1.2 metre height restriction applies to all slides and features. Children under this height may use the family slide, but must be accompanied by an adult.
