The Dome's very own Aerobic and Dance Studio offers a class to suit everyone
From Hi-impact Aerobics to Yoga, Street Dancing to Tae Kwon Do, the exciting program of classes at the Sundeck will have something for everyone. Whether your looking to tone your body, improve your fitness, or simply take part in something which you enjoy, then the Studio is the place for you.

As well as the fitness activities, the Studio also offers a great, friendly environment making it perfect for meeing new friends as well as getting fit!!

Body Combat ® | | | BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. |
Body Pump ® | | | BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! |
Body Shock | | | A high intensity 45 minute session to burn away those calories as well as toning those problem areas. |
Bums, Legs & Tums | | | Exercise class taught mainly using step, with floor work to finish. Main focus is to work those problem areas! All abilities welcome. |
Fit 'n' Fine | | | A class to increase your flexibility and suppleness, to encourage mental and spiritual growth; to give you energy.A great way to relieve stress. |

Tae Kwon Do | | | Learn all there is to know about Tae kwon Do with the British Olympic Coach at Sydney 2000; Gary Sykes. |
