Health Club Classes
Here in the Health Club we have a number of different classes for customers who want to go that extra mile and be motivated by a fitness consultant.
Spinning Classes
An intense indoor cycling class held in our air-conditioned Spinning zone open to all levels of fitness. This class will improve your fitness, stamina and endurance levels and is also a good aid in weight loss and toning.
We have 13 classes per week including 1 beginner’s class so book a class today!
£4.50 Per person (free for Lifestyle Package Cardholders)

Healthy Heart
This class is perfect for the young at heart and combines a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance equipment to provide that all over body workout. It is a gentle class suitable for all abilities and led by a fully qualified instructor who will guide you through the 1 hour session.

Teen Challenge
A supervised exercise class for teens aged 13-16 years old held in the group zone. These classes aim to encourage teens to participate in exercise at an early age with the aim of encouraging long term attendance to achieve an overall healthy lifestyle.
