Health Club Classes
Here in the Health Club we have a number of different classes for customers who want to go that extra mile and be motivated by a fitness consultant.
Spinning Classes
An intense indoor cycling class open to all levels of fitness. This class will improve your fitness, stamina and endurance levels. This type of exercise is a good aid in weight loss and toning and is also great fun.

A supervised exercise class for kids aged 13-16 years old. These classes encourage fitness in young people, it includes aerobic and resistance workout.
