Our aim is to promote, restore and maintain physical well-being and to ensure a safe return to work and sport as soon possible with appropropriate prevetative measures.

Initial Assessment & Diagnosis

On your first visit, a thorough history of your condition will be taken, noting any medical problems that may affect your treatment.

A detailed physical examination will be performed. THe diagnosis will then be explained to you and any treatment options will be discussed and agreed.
