Swimming Admissions Policy - Update

For the safety of all customers, the Swimming Pool Admissions policy has been updated.
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a one to one basis.
Children aged 4 - 9 years must be accompanied by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a maximum ratio of one adult to two children. All weak or non swimmers under the age of 10 must wear buoyancy aids at all times unless they are closely supervised (Within reaching distance) by a responsible adult.
All weak or non swimmers over the age of 10 must remain in the designated safe areas of the pool at all times.
Anyone with known medical conditions, or accompanying anyone with known medical conditions, that may affect their safety should inform the receptionist at the point of sale who in turn will contact the Lagoons Supervisor.
Customers with epilepsy must be accompanied by a responsible person (aged 16 or over) on a one to one basis. They should inform the receptionist at the point of sale who in turn will contact the Lagoons Supervisor.
Additionally, the Toddler Amazonia Session will no longer be operating. Therefore, the only exception to 1 to 1 ratio for under 4's will be during Off Peak & Chill Swim Sessions
