Primetimers is a gentle activity sessions for people aged 55 and ove. Stay active with these tailored sessions that promote healthy movement and circulation; plus it's a great chance to socialise and catch up with friends.

Prime timer sessions at The Dome
Available every Monday 10.00am – 14.00pm

10.00 – 13.00     Badminton & Short Tennis
10.30 – 11.15     Main hall circuit with qualified instructor
11.30 – 12.15     Chair Based Exercise 
10.00 – 13.00     Swimming
12.30 - 13.30      Tai Chi
