Ice Skating Sessions

The Ice Caps session timetable is second to none, with a session to suit every body and every level of ability.

Whether your looking to freshen up on your skating skills, or want to get down to the latest tunes, there is a Ice Caps session for you.

Morning Skate

A morning session for all skaters to attend and practice their skills. Music is played to add to the fun filled atmosphere.

Afternoon Skate

An afternoon session for all skaters to attend and practice their skills. Music is played to add to the fun filled atmosphere.

Smooth & Cool

Just as it sounds - a light session to go for a skate in the evenings. Sing along to your favourite tunes...

Happy Hour

This session is cheap and cheerful; enjoy a skate for just £1.80

Family Disco

This session is for all the family. A quiet disco session at reasonable rates for parents too. Our resident DJ's will be playing all the chart topping tunes, as well a few golden oldies.

* all children under 18 must be supervised by an adult (over 18) at all times. Supervising adults do not have to be on the Ice, but must remain within the Ice Caps at all times.

Nightclub Nights: Meltdown, Elemental & Coca Cola Chart Challenge

These busy sessions are very popular with teenagers. Strut your stuff to all the latest chart and commercial dance tunes played by our resident DJ's and show off your skills in the speed skating periods during the night.

Monthly theme nights are also staged, spicing up the goings on with such themes as Western Nights, Hawaiian Nights and Foam parties.

Figure Skating

A quiet early session, designed specifically for skaters wishing to practise their skills in an ideal quiet environment. No hockey skates are allowed on the ice during this session.

Ice Hockey

Learn the essentials of the fast paced game of Ice Hockey. Sessions available as a 6 week block. See reception for further details.
